There is a bus stop right out the front and we are 10 minutes from Richmond.

We had to ask for our bathroom to be cleaned when we arrived. The bed linen & blankets was very old and dusty and beds very uncomfortable. Very unclean communal kitchen. Good children's playarea. Not what we were expecting for the price ! There was no indication on your website that is is a respite / refuge centre ! We were looking for clean and comfortable budget motel style accommodation.
